Submissions should be no more than six pages long. The cover page should include (1) title, (2) authors and affiliation, (3) e-mail address of the contact author, (4) an abstract describing the contributions, and (5) body of the paper.

Articles must be formatted according to the IEEE style. Templates can be downloaded on the IEEE website (Template for all Transactions (except IEEE Transactions on Magnetics)).

Submission Deadline: December 5, 2007
Acceptance Notification: January 15, 2008
Submission of Final Version: February 10, 2008
