I am a post-doc researcher at LIRMM from April 2015, member of the IDH group.

From April to November 2015, I have been a visiting researcher at the CNRS-AIST Joint Robotics Laboratory of Tsukuba. In June 2015, I participated to the DRC as member of AIST-NEDO team. In March 2015, I received my Ph.D. in System Engineering from Sapienza University of Rome, and, in January 2011, my Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from the same University. From January to July 2014, I was a visiting scholar at LIRMM and, from May to December 2010, I was a visiting student at the Mobile Robotics and Olfaction Lab, Örebro University.

My research interest is focused on the control of humanoid robots. In particular, my work deals with the development of vision-based algorithms for the locomotion, navigation and localization of this kind of robots. I'm also interested in the realization of control algorithms enabling physical interaction of humanoids with the environment. Recently, I started investigating the use of dynamics for perception purposes in the framework of physical interaction with humanoids.
