- 5 nights (from October 4, 2020 to October 9, 2020) at Belambra Club – Grande Motte
- 5 breakfasts

- Access to all the plenaries and training labs (not included in the extra residential package)
- Goodies (not included in the extra residential package)
Registration
Registration is a two-step procedure:
STEP 1
For application, please submit one pdf including your CV + a cover letter (before 29th of February 2020 16th March 2020) on Easychair (https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=viva2020). A scientific committee will select the applications and notification of acceptance will be sent on March, 20th. Criteria such as Research interest and motivations of the candidate, gender and geographical balance will be taken into account.
Once your application is accepted, proceed to step 2.
STEP 2
Register and pay online using the registration form used in the acceptance notification. For administrative and financial questions, please contact Mégane Miquel (megane.miquel at lirmm.fr).
Note : For security reasons, the registration platform allows only one connection for the payment. Before registering, please make sure that you are able to finalize the payment of your registration.
If you have already started your registration without completing it, the platform considers that you are already registered. In this case, please re-register using another email address and send us an email to let us know, we will delete your first registration.
Terms and conditions for sponsorships: any student registered in a PhD program in Norway at the time of application can apply for sponsorship. Participating students will be selected by the scientific committee of the school. Applicants should follow the standard application procedure given above. Registration fees will be waived for selected applicants only. Travel expenses will be covered.
