TEST OF INTEGRATED CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS
The TCSI teams goal is to offer innovative solutions for testing the circuits and integrated systems of today and tomorrow, including digital, analog and mixed systems as well as micro-systems. With around 15 researchers and lecturer-researchers, the TCSI team covers a broad spectrum of expertise, ranging from systems to core physical units. Full article
