I am assistant professor at the computer science department of University Montpellier 2.
I am a researcher in computer science and bioinformatics at AMAP laboratory (Botany and computational plant architecture).
Associate member of LIRMM (Laboratoire d'Informatique, de Robotique et de Microélectronique de Montpellier) and animates GTGC (Groupe de Travail francophone en Génomique Comparative).
My main research subjects are algorithmics and bioinformatics : text algorithms, graphs, combinatorics, comparative genomics, genome evolution.
I am teaching all over the five years of french university, practical and theoretical courses in computer science and bioinformatics: networks, algorithmics initiation, logic, theoretical computer science, text algorithmics, sequence analysis.
