It shows the profiles of the K nearest characterized neighbors that support (white), or does not support (gray), the prediction of the selected gene in the selected term for the selected data source. For comparison purpose, profiles of the K nearest uncharacterized neighbors (yellow) are also reported. Note that by passing over the '*'s on column heads, an info bubble appears providing informations about the corresponding microarray experiment.
