Elle a fait ses &eacute;tudes en Anthropologie &agrave; l'Universit&eacute; McGill et &agrave; l'Universit&eacute; de Montr&eacute;al, et a travaill&eacute; dans le domaine communautaire des services aux immigrant(e)s. Ilda est d&eacute;m&eacute;nag&eacute;e &agrave; Toronto en 1982 et occupe un poste d'adjointe de recherche &agrave; l'IEPO/UT depuis 1985. Elle y a travaill&eacute; dans le domaine de la recherche qualitative dans plusieurs d&eacute;partements et pour plusieurs projets.</font> <p><font size=+0>Entre avril 90 et mai 93, Ilda a aussi travaill&eacute; &agrave; temps partiel dans le <i>Centre d'&eacute;tudes sur femmes en &eacute;ducation</i>&agrave; titre de documentaliste francophone. En 1994, elle a &eacute;t&eacute; invit&eacute;e &agrave; travailler, aussi &agrave; temps partiel, au <i>Bureau de la coordination des &Eacute;tudes franco-ontariennes en &eacute;ducation.</i>Ses t&acirc;ches consistent &agrave; promouvoir les &eacute;tudes de <a href="http://www.oise.utoronto.ca/~maitrise">ma&icirc;trise</a> en &eacute;ducation &agrave; distance, &agrave; r&eacute;pondre aux demandes de renseignements des candidat(e)s et &agrave; assurer la liaison avec le Bureau du registraire et les d&eacute;partements et centres qui participent aux &Eacute;tudes en fran&ccedil;ais.</font> <p><font size=+0>En 1996, on a ajout&eacute; &agrave; ses fonctions, celle d'agente de communication du <i>Centre de recherches en &eacute;ducation franco-ontarienne</i>(CREFO).
