Battre nergiquement la pte quelques minutes. Reporter          bullition 1 minute. Laisser tidir un peu. Garder les blancs dans un saladier.         Ajouter les jaunes  la pte et le sucre vanill. Mettre<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;         </span>1 pince de sel dans les blancs et les battre en neige trs ferme avec un fouet         ou un mixer. Les incorporer dlicatement  la pte.<o:p></o:p></li>       <li>Beurrer un moule  souffl (moule  bords assez hauts). Y verser la moiti de la         pte. Mlanger le chocolat fondu au reste de pte puis laisser tomber de haut dans le         moule. <o:p></o:p></li>       <li>Faire cuire au <strong>bain-marie</strong><small><sup>2</sup></small> dans le four (th.         5/6) 40 minutes environ.
