Borrie</I><BR>  <h3>Disneyland and Disney World: Designing and Prescribing the Recreational Experience - Rsum</h3> Disneyland et Disney World, la conception et la planification des activits de loisir. Disneyland et Disney World figurent parmi les destinations touristiques les mieux connues et les plus frquentes du monde. Une telle visibilit et un tel pouvoir d'attraction font en sorte que l'activit de la Socit Disney exerce son influence bien au-del des frontires de ces deux parcs thmatiques. En d'autres termes, les normes selon lesquelles la socit Disney gre l'environnement de ses parcs pourraient devenir un modle  suivre, rpondant  la fois aux attentes des visiteurs et  celles des gestionnaires des sites de loisir. La socit Disney est mondialement reconnue pour la qualit de ses services d'accueil aux visiteurs. Cette rputation, fonde sur l'excellence, lui confre force et influence. Les visiteurs des sites de loisir, tant de plus en plus considrs comme des clients, les gestionnaires de ces sites auraient avantage  s'inspirer de l'approche prconise par la socit Disney lors de la conception et la planification des activits de loisir. <P> Disneyland and Walt Disney World are two of the best known and most highly visited tourism destinations in the world. With this visibility and audience reach, the action of the Disney Company extends well beyond the boundaries of their theme parks. That is, the standards that Disney sets in the management of its park environments have the potential to become the standards against which all environments are judged. Similarly, the visitor expectations and experiences that Disney constructs can become models to which visitors would have all recreation managers aspire. Disney is often acknowledged as the premier visitor services organization, and it is partly this excellence that gives it stature and impact.
