'C'est en grande partie l'accomplissement de                 mon pr&eacute;d&eacute;cesseur &Eacute;ric                 Verborgh et je fais l'&eacute;loge du travail consistant et constant                 qu'il a effectu&eacute; pour mener la Fondation l&agrave; o&ugrave; elle               est aujourd'hui.'</p>               <p>La Fondation et le travail qu'elle effectue ne sont pas         des nouveaut&eacute;s pour l'ancien secr&eacute;taire de la Conf&eacute;d&eacute;ration         europ&eacute;enne des syndicats (CES), Willy Buschak, 51 ans. Il a jou&eacute; un         r&ocirc;le important dans l&#8217;&eacute;volution de la Fondation au         sein du conseil d'administration pendant huit ans jusqu'en 2000. Il apporte         donc avec lui une connaissance et une compr&eacute;hension profondes         des domaines cl&eacute;s du travail de la Fondation.</p>               <p>'L'&eacute;largissement repr&eacute;sente un grand d&eacute;fi                 pour la Fondation, ainsi que pour tous les autres organes de                 l'UE, mais la Fondation est en position forte pour relever ces                 d&eacute;fis. Mon r&ocirc;le sera de soutenir le directeur dans                 la consolidation des succ&eacute;s du pass&eacute;, d'aller de                 l'avant et faire face &agrave; cet avenir nouveau,' dit Willy               Buschak.</p>           <!-- #EndEditable --> </td>           <td  width="15" height="100%" background="images/circle_line.gif"><img src="images/circle_line.gif" alt="graphique"></td>           <td width="50%"><!-- #BeginEditable "columntwo" -->             <span class="titletextblue">La responsabilit sociale des entreprises</span>           			 <p>La Fondation participe au d&eacute;bat sur la responsabilit&eacute; sociale 			   des entreprises en publiant un nouveau <a href="transversal/csr_report.htm">rapport</a> &agrave; ce sujet, abord&eacute; d'un 			   point de vue innovateur o&ugrave; se m&ecirc;lent les questions sociales 		   et                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        &eacute;cologiques. </p> 			 <p>			   Ce rapport est une synth&egrave;se de deux projets de la Fondation 			   qui se sont pench&eacute;s sur la responsabilit&eacute; sociale des entreprises 			   d'abord du point de vue des conditions de travail, notamment dans 			   le cadre des restructurations et de la sous-traitance, ensuite 			   du point de vue des 			   conditions de vie, en &eacute;tudiant les effets sur les conditions de 			   vie d'une implication des entreprises dans la communaut&eacute; locale 		   et l'environnement.</p> 			 <p>Cette recherche se fonde sur des &eacute;tudes de cas d'entreprises 			   europ&eacute;ennes qui ont volontairement mis en &#339;uvre des exemples 			   de bonnes pratiques de conditions de travail et d&#8217;emploi ou qui se 			   sont impliqu&eacute;es dans la communaut&eacute; locale ou dans la promotion 		   de pratiques                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        &eacute;cologiquement 		   acceptables. </p> 			 <p>			   Elle  indique que ce que l'on consid&egrave;re comme RSE d&eacute;pend 			   de contextes r&eacute;glementaires, culturels et &eacute;conomiques variables, 			   et que c'est un processus interactif et un dialogue.
