IEEE Biography

Maria Augusta Silveira Netto Nunes received her B.S. degree in Computer Science at “Universidade de Passo Fundo” – south of Brazil in 1995. In 1998, she finished her M.S. in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) at “Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul” – south of Brazil.
In 1998, she began to teach as a Lecturer in Computer Science at “Universidade Regional Integrada”- URI in Santo Angelo –south of Brazil. She worked there during 5 years. In 2003, she was granted by CAPES and URI (temporarily- till 2007) to course her PhD at LIRMM (Laboratoire d'Informatique, de Robotique et de Microélectronique de Montpellier) in Université Montpellier II- Montpellier - France. Her thesis supervisor is Dr. Stefano A. Cerri.
Her research interests include:User Psychological Profile (Emotional Intelligence, Personality traits and Soft Skills),Reputation, Recommender Systems,Human as a service provider.
