Results obtained in Plasmodium falciparum:
Below are the results achieved on the proteins of P. falciparum. For each
type of validating domain, the potential domains of the proteins were
partitioned into 4 non-overlapping sets according to their E-value. The
certification procedure was then applied independently on each set and
the FDR associated with each category was estimated. The E-value
thresholds used to define the partitions were computed to get increasing
FDR around 5%, 10%, 20% and 40%.
Results can be browsed in two ways (use Text Search (Ctrl+F or Edition->Find) in your web browser):

List of proteins where new Pfam domains have been detected
- Chromosomes 1 to 6 (protein IDs beginning with PFA..., PFB..., PFC..., PFD..., PFE..., PFF...)
- Chromosomes 7 to 11 (protein IDs beginning with MAL7P..., PF07_..., MAL8P..., PF08_..., PFI..., PF10_..., or PF11_...)
- Chromosomes 12 to 14 (protein IDs beginning with PFL..., MAL13P..., PF13_..., or PF14_...)
