    Ph.D. Student: Jie (Clair) Liang

Jie Clair Liang is a Ph.D. student at the LIRMM (University of Montpellier, France) under supervision of Dr. Aida Todri-Sanial. She has received her undergraduate degree in Physics from University Paris 7. Her PhD focuses on carbon nanotube device physics modeling for circuit-level simulation and design of energy-efficient carbon nanotube circuits.

    Ph.D. Student: Nicolas Champauzas

Nicolas Champauzas is a Ph.D. student at the LIRMM (University of Montpellier, France) under supervision of Dr. Aida Todri-Sanial and Dr. Serge Bernard, LIRMM. His PhD topic is on the design, fabrication and characterization of carbon nanotube biosensors.

    Post-Doc Student: Marwa Dhifallah

Marwa Dhifalla is a Post-Doc student at the LIRMM (University of Montpellier, France) under supervision of Dr. Aida Todri-Sanial. She is working on atomistic- to device-level simulation of 2D materials (i.e., graphene, MoS2) for field effect devices. She has a PhD in Computational Chemistry from the University of Montpellier, France in 2018.
