    Ph.D. Student: Nicolas Jeanniot.

    Nicolas Jeanniot is a Ph.D. student at the University of Montpellier, France. His area of research is on-chip power management. His PhD focuses on design of power-clock supplies and their delivery networks for the adiabatic logic. Nicolas Jeanniot received his “Diplôme d’école d’ingénieur” from CPE Lyon (Lyon, France) in microelectronic engineering and a MRes in microelectronics and embedded systems from INSA Lyon (Lyon, France) in 2015.



    Ph.D. Student: Jie (Clair) Liang

    Jie Clair Liang is a Ph.D. student at the LIRMM (University of Montpellier, France) under supervision of Dr. Aida Todri-Sanial. She has received her undergraduate degree in Physics from University Paris 7. Her PhD focuses on carbon nanotube device physics modeling for circuit-level simulation and design of energy-efficient carbon nanotube circuits.



    Ph.D. Student: Nicolas Champauzas

    Nicolas Champauzas is a Ph.D. student at the LIRMM (University of Montpellier, France) under supervision of Dr. Aida Todri-Sanial and Dr. Serge Bernard, LIRMM. His PhD topic is on the design, fabrication and characterization of carbon nanotube biosensors.



    Ph.D. Student: Abhishek Koneru

    Abhishek Koneru is a visiting Ph.D. student from Duke University, US with supervisor Prof. K. Chakrabarty. His research area is on development of design-for-test solutions for monolithic 3D integrated circuits. He joined our group as a recipient of Campus France Fellowship.



    Post-Doc Fellow: Dr. Rongmei Chen

    Rongmei Chen is a Post-Doc student at the CNRS-LIRMM under the supervision of Dr. Aida Todri-Sanial. His research topic is on design space exploration of carbon nanotube based technonology for future computing. He has a Ph.D. Degree on Microlectronics from Tsinghua University, China.



    Post-Doc Fellow: Dr. Reetu Raj Pandey

    Reetu Raj Pandey is a Post-Doc student at the CNRS-LIRMM under the supervision of Dr. Aida Todri-Sanial. His research topic is on the device design and fabrication of 1D/2D material devices for biosensing applications. He has a Ph.D. Degree on Nanoelectronics from Kyushu Institute of Technology, Kitakyushu, Japan.



    Master Student: Souhir Elloumi

    Souhir Elloumi is a Master Student at the University of Montpellier and currently conducting research on carbon nanotube field effect transistor modeling and simulation.



    Master Student: El Mehdi Kaoukab

    El Mehdi Kaoukab is a Master Student at the University of Montpellier and currently conducting research on 2D Materials (i.e., MoS2, WSe2) based field effect transistor modeling and simulation.
