At last, after several ways and back, the paper presenting Scriptree is out in Bioinformatics. These versatile tree display & annotation software is up and running online but can also be downloaded for local use.
Our new project was accepted by the call Chercheur d'avenir (Région LR), it will start mid-2010.
Our research proposal for a PhD thesis was selected by the Comp. Sci. department.
Our new paper, PhyloExplorer appears 3rd among the most viewed papers of all BioMed Central journals!!! (as of 1st June). See here for the podium.
