Initially, my research focused on the design of Chemical Information Systems. I have developed graph algorithms for problems on cycles (relevant cycles, cyclic systems, package cycles in large software systems, ...) and graph matching (symmetrical split of a molecular graph, maximum common subgraph, ...)
I am also interested in Constraint Programming for solving graph matching problems or decision making in agronomy.
