ACTIVITIES

My research activities are focused on modelling and simulation of nanoscale devices and interconnects for advanced CMOS and emerging technologies. My core expertises are on physical design, design space exploration and optimization methods for design of energy efficient circuits and architectures. I develop physical models and physical design methods to investigate novel computing paradigms such as quantum computing, neuromorphic computing for Edge AI and monolithic 3D integration.
