Registration ECAI 2012
Participants registered for ECAI 2012 have access to ECAI Main Conference as well as to PAIS sub-conference and all Tutorials.
To attend Workshops or STAIRS, participants should register in these events and in the main conference.
For accommodation, two options are available:
- - Student rooms with bathroom inside , with or without breakfast. This is not only for students. Be aware that there is only a limited number of such rooms. You must book it together with the conference registration: € 180 for 5 nights minimum (6 or 7 nights are also possible);
- - Hotels: Montpellier has a wide range of hotels but the end of August is high touristic season. So we encourage you to book your hotel as soon as possible.
"Le Corum" offers an Accommodation Booking Service for a cost of € 10 (Payment by Credit Card only).

Observations:
(1) Registration in the Main Conference is mandatory for all workshop, tutorial, and STAIRS participants;
(2) WARNING : The Conference Banquet has a limited number of participants and it is not included in the Main Conference registration fee.
Main conference registration includes:
- All technical sessions of the main conference and PAIS;
- Free access to all tutorials (August 27-28);
- Coffee-breaks for August 29-31;
- Welcome Reception to take place on August 28th;
- USB-key Conference proceedings (hard copy of the proceedings is available for 75€)
- Conference accessories (bag, programme, info, ...).
Workshop registration includes:
- Admission to the corresponding workshops;
- Coffee-breaks and lunches during the corresponding workshop day(s).
Tutorial registration includes:
- Main conference registration includes access to tutorials but the registration to tutorials is required;
- Lunch tickets will be available on site for participants not registered at a workshop.
