The MAB team is directly involved into the Africa France Bioinformatics project. This web site is developed and maintained within the team and is hosted on the LIRMM servers.

Functional annotation of the Plasmodium genome.
Expression data analysis.
Phylogenetic reconstruction.
Alignment, pattern matching.
Repeated sequences evolution.
