ABSTRACT
Robosoft activity is the manufacturing mobile robots for a wide range of applications, such as transport, cleaning, security and health. One of the key issues in service robotics is to build control system capable to combine real-time tasks, man machine interfaces, and to guaranty high robustness. To this aim, with INRIA as a partner, we developed a set of methodologies and tools named iCORE, which rely on both Linux OS and SynDEx software. In this paper, we describe the iCORE principles, while illustrating its key points over real products implementations, such as the CyCab vehicle and other automated people movers.
