There is one global view for each gene ontology (Molecular Function, Biological Process, and Cellular Component). These views can be accessed by selecting the desired ontology on the top banner. A global view shows all GO terms of the selected ontology where predictions have been made. These are represented in a hierarchical way which respects the ontology structure. Each term is followed by its prior probability, the best global degree of belief (GDB) found for a gene predicted in this term, and the best confidence (TDR)) associated with each data source for this term.
GDBs and TDRs are represented with a color code that goes from red (0%) to light green (100%) via yellow (50%); non-significant TDRs are in grey.
Printing: Several web browsers do not handle long tables printing. One solution is then to select, copy and paste the table into Excel or the OpenOffice spreadsheet. This provides ready to print documents that preserve the colors of the html pages.
