Biographie
F. Lefèvre received the M.S. degree in electronic engineering from the University of Grenoble, Grenoble, France, in 1994.,He is currently with NXP Semiconductors, Caen, France. He leads the design for test definition of large RF, mixed-signal, and digital ICs activities.
