Speakers are invited to hand in their papers by May, 31. This is a firm deadline. Papers should be no more than 8 pages long and written according to the IEEE style. A formal proceeeding (CDRom) of the workshop papers will be provided. A book based on best selected papers, to be published by a renowned academic publisher, is also being considered.
