Instructions for camera-ready papers

- Regular papers (accepter for oral presentation): authors must prepare a maximum 8 pages long paper.

- Posters (or Interactive Presentation) authors must prepare a short paper (2 pages max.)

Poster authors can present their work as an Interactive Presentation (IP) following the principle of other conferences. Please inform us by Wednesday 13th about the type of presentation you prefer (poster or IP)

All papers must be formatted according to the IEEE style, templates provided below.

Camera-ready papers must be submitted no later than June 11th (PDF files only) to pascal.benoit@lirmm.fr

A formal proceeeding (CDRom) of the workshop papers will be provided to all participants.

Important dates:
- Paper submission deadline: May 7th (Extended)
- Notification of acceptance: June 1st
