Poster by Laure Dutrieux

In the framework of a collaborative project with the team “Epigenome modifications and genomic instability in normal and malignant B cells” lead by Jerôme Moreaux (IGH and Montpellier University Hospital), Laure Dutrieux has presented a poster on her research results about translation inhibition in a cancer of bone marrow (multiple myeloma) at the 65th Annual Meeting of The American Society of Hematology (ASH).

The abstract has been published in international journal Blood and the full reference is: Dutrieux et al. “Translation Inhibition through eIF4A1 Targeting in Multiple Myeloma Is a Promising Therapeutic Strategy”, Blood 142 (2023) 1924–1925, doi:10.1182/blood-2023-184749).

Our team, and especially Elle Loughran, was involved to perform a joint translatome transcriptome analysis.
