The city of Douai
Douai is located in the north of France about 30 km south of Lille. It can be accessed by:
- Train : 1h10 from Paris (by TGV), 2h01 from London (by Eurostar).
- Car : 35m from Lille, 2h15 from Paris, 1h40 from Brussels, 1h30 from the Channel, 3h10 from Amsterdam.
- Airplane: International Airports of Lille - Lesquin, Roissy - Charles de Gaulle, Brussels - Zaventem, Amsterdam - Schiphol.

Conference Location
The conference will take place in Room Nicolas, Résidence Lavoisier of the Ecole des Mines.

30 free rooms to the first requestors
You can get a room for free up to 2 nights (17h and 18th of may 2010) in the Ecole des Mines' residence (Résidence Descartes, 243 rue du Kiosque, Douai).
Please note however, that we have only 30 rooms that will be assigned for the first 30 requests.
