IWCS main conference and satellite workshops registration

IWCS takes place in  Hotel Oceania Montpellier, a well located pleasant place in Montpellier city center, with lunch facilities. 

Fees (except Workshops/Hackathon only registrations) include coffee breaks, lunches, and social event 
(Thursday 21 evening: trip to Aigues Mortes by bus, visit, conference diner in Aigues Mortes, return to Montpellier).

Beware that the extra fee for the social event, 70€ on the registration form, is for an accompagnying person.
You need not subscribe to this option in case you have no accompagnying person, the social event
for the registred person is included in the registration fees.

Hotel nights in Montpellier are from 65€ per night for a correct ** hotel.
The conference hotel (Hotel Oceania Montpellier ****) also offers rooms for participants. There is no bonus code, just mention in the comments on the Internet reservation that you are attending IWCS to obtain a reduced price. You can also book by phone: +33 04 67 12 32 32.
