The conference will be held at the Hameau de l'Etoile, a hamlet dedicated to seminars and conferences, located at about 30 km north of Montpellier (south of France).

Meeting point is at the bus station, Parking du Grand Saint-Jean, Montpellier (close to the train station and served by the tram).
From this point a bus shuttle service is organised to depart at 17:00 on monday 25th june to take the delegates to the Hameau de l'étoile hotel complex.

You can also directly deal with le Hameau de l'étoile but be aware that, even if some activities are on site, you'll need a car (rent one) if you want to move nearby. if you want to discover Montpellier and its surronding, just visit the tourism office website
