Parallel Kinematic Systems
Control and mechanical Robotics community have devoted a huge research effort on parallel kinematics systems in the past four decades. The interest was motivated by a clear breakthrough compared to conventional serial robot architectures such as anthropomorphic, SCARA or gantry robots.
