Dan Gusfield colloquium webinar on Nov. 17th 2020

Integer Linear Programming in Computational Biology

On the 17th of November Prof. Dan Gusfield gave a webinar for the first online LIRMM Colloquium, which attracted over 100 attendees.

He didactically explained the benefit of using Integer Linear Programming approaches for computing the secondary structures of RNAs.

A link for viewing the presentation in video will be soon made available. Check out for news soon on the LIRMM web.
