Research report on diPWM search algorithms

Marie Mille’s master thesis online

This summer, Marie Mille did her Master 1 internship in the team on algorithms for searching for probabilistic motifs in sequences (DNA or RNA). She focused on motif representation known as dinucleotidic Position Weight Matrix (or di-PWM for short).

She developped new algorithmic approaches and showed that these are efficient even for searching in whole chromosome sequences.

Her Master thesis is now available in French in HAL repository (see item lirmm-03326344v1).
