Elle Loughran, who is doing her PhD at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland, is visiting the group at the LIRMM from June to Septebmer 2023.
She is training on computational analysis of Deep Sequencing data and working on a collaborative cancer project.
Elle is usually working at the SFI Centre for Research Training in Genomics Data Science under the supervision of Aoife McLysaght.
