New tools for metabarcoding analyses accepted for publication in journal Bioinformatics.
After a tremendous work initiated during the PhD thesis of N. Romashchenko, the paper describing the tools IPK and EPIK is now in press in Bioinformatics (soon is Advance Access). See also publication
