The bioinformatics team at LIRMM (Laboratoire d’Informatique, de Robotique et de Microélectronique de Montpellier) is organizing the 10th “Data Structures in Bioinformatics” international workshop. This annual event provides an opportunity to discuss algorithmic and combinatorial issues related to the processing and indexing of discrete data from the life sciences. These methods are at the heart of many bioinformatics analysis software packages, which have to deal with increasingly massive data, hence the need for algorithmic innovation.
The conference will take place on the Saint Priest Campus on March 14 and 15, 2024. “Data Structures in Bioinformatics” was born in 2014 in Montpellier and will celebrate its 10th anniversary at this edition.
