DEXTER and ICAR teams involved in the European project Maelstrom: An underwater robot to clean up coastal areas

Tested this year in Venice, the Maelstrom project’s platform has a robot in charge of recovering underwater waste. Controlled by a system of cables, it can operate at a maximum depth of twenty metres.
