Le Centre de l’Imaginaire Scientifique et Technique (CIST), le Défi Clé de la Région Occitanie-Pyrénées-Méditerranée “Robotique centrée sur l’humain”, le Laboratoire d’Informatique, de Robotique et de Microélectronique de Montpellier (LIRMM), the University of Montpellier, and the CNRS, have decided to offer a convivial, exciting and unusual time for everyone to meet and exchange ideas, as well as to propose and support effective actions in the field of the “science and society” relationship.
Are you involved or professionally concerned by robotics, artificial intelligence, data processing and other related fields (computing, mathematics, mechanics…)? Whether you’re involved in research, teaching, innovation and production, communication, ethical and sustainable thinking… this regional initiative, based in Montpellier, is for you.
With the technological, economic and societal revolution underway, a multitude of initiatives are springing up, covering a vast spectrum of approaches to meet a wide range of needs. Of course, some come from research laboratories and organizations, universities and other educational establishments, others from industry, the media and associations involved in scientific and technical mediation, all of which address the burning questions of society and promote scientific professions and innovation.
If you are a communicator, researcher, doctoral student, entrepreneur, mediator, teacher, journalist or lawyer, you can also take part by contacting :
