    Camera-Ready Submissions

    All submissions are to be made electronically through the IMS3TW website. The deadline is May 15, 2009. Please, follow the procedure for camera-ready preparation:

    1. Limit your paper to 8 pages.
       
    2. Observe the IEEE formatting guidelines while preparing your camera-ready paper: use either the word file template or the latex template to prepare your paper. If you use another word editing tool, then use the same margins and no smaller than 10 points for your paper.
       
    3. Please submit the final version of your paper by May 15th, 2009.
       
    4. Fill in the IEEE copyright form for each accepter paper. Please, put your paper number on the form.
       
    5. The copyright form should be sent to the publication chair, Dr. Haralampos Stratigopoulos, not later than May 15. Please either fax a signed copy of the form (+33 4 76 57 49 81, attention to H. Stratigopoulos) or email a scanned signed copy (haralampos.stratigopoulos@imag.fr).
