    Camera-Ready Submissions

    All submissions are to be made electronically through the IMS3TW website. The deadline is May 14, 2010. Please, follow the procedure for camera-ready preparation:

    1. Limit your paper to 6 pages.
       
    2. Observe the IEEE formatting guidelines while preparing your camera-ready paper: use the templates available here.
       
    3. The settings for the PDF distiller must comply with the rules for the IEEE sponsored conference Proceedings (two-columns format).
       
    3. Please submit the final version of your paper by May 14th, 2010.
       
    4. Fill in the IEEE copyright form (PDF/Word) for each accepter paper. Please, put your paper number on the form.
       
    5. The copyright form should be sent to the publication chair, Dr. Haralampos Stratigopoulos, not later than May 14. Please either fax a signed copy of the form (+33 4 76 57 49 81, attention to H. Stratigopoulos) or email a scanned signed copy (haralampos.stratigopoulos@imag.fr).
