On the occasion of a meeting held at the French Embassy in Estonia, LIRMM, represented by Ahmed Chemori, took part in discussions focused on developing scientific collaborations between France and Estonia, with particular emphasis on strengthening ties between LIRMM and TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
The discussions addressed several strategic topics, notably robotics, artificial intelligence, and autonomous systems, areas in which the partners have complementary expertise. The meeting also helped identify new opportunities for cooperation, particularly in the control of soft underwater robots במסגרת a joint PhD project (cotutelle).
LIRMM would like to thank the French Ambassador to Estonia, Emmanuel G. F. Mignot, for his invitation, his warm welcome, and his continued commitment to fostering Franco-Estonian scientific partnerships. The laboratory also extends its sincere thanks to Biken Ozdemir, Scientific Attaché at the French Embassy in Estonia, for organizing this meeting.
